Mark Danter

Engineering Consultant

Mark joined QEM Solutions in 2008 after he worked alongside us on a pipeline project. He started his career as an apprentice in British Steel but left to study a full-time Engineering degree. From there, Mark furthered his education and experience and became a Chartered Engineer.

Mark is now the Managing Director for QEM and brings with him a wealth of Engineering and Quality Management experience. He has worked in and lead multi-disciplinary teams for the design, construction and commissioning of various energy facilities and infrastructure, including fuel storage and distribution terminals, white fuels pipelines, gas pipelines and AGI’s.

Mark is a great mentor to many of the QEM Team, as well as the clients Engineers, and has been imparting knowledge and experience of the industry and helping them develop their engineering and management skills.

Mark really does enjoy his work and is normally the last to leave the office! In his free time he enjoys being with his kids and dog. For relaxation, he loves messing about with motorbikes and cars and has rebuilt a Porsche 911.
