Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

QEM Solutions were engaged by PTS in Dumfriesshire to help them implement management and operational processes that met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

Plastic Technology Services been at the forefront of plastic recycling for over 30 years. Specialising in Post Industrial Plastics compounding, supplying the UK’s market leading Injection Moulders and Sheet Manufactures.

Working with the Carbon Trust, PTS has introduced an Energy Efficiency Strategy to assist in their commitment to reduce their carbon footprint.

QEM worked within the PTS management team to improve and document their existing processes to ensure they met the exacting standard of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

QEM Solutions used our www.iscompliant.com software as it was an excellent compliment to the current operational control systems.
