Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

QEM Solutions has built up a long-standing working relationship with Safology on numerous projects throughout the UK.  This ensured that we had a full understanding of how they worked and how they wished their business to progress.  Safology has become another of the many businesses successfully certified to all three standards by a UKAS accredited body, utilising the QEM Solutions Management System database.

QEM Solutions worked with Safology to develop their existing systems to ensure that they met the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Implemented in 2011, QEM Solutions continue to manage and improve the organisations processes both on a corporate and project specific level.

The management system has now evolved into a database management system that provides valuable process measurement tools that ensure that all aspects of the business are monitored and improved.
