AMEC Industrial were awarded a contract to produce the design for the construction of 3 pipelines and associated AGI's. The pipelines were to span from Easington to Paull, Paull to Goxhill and Goxhill to Hatton.
Each one requiring segregated design processes and deliverables.
QEM Solutions were contracted to Assist the Amec / National Grid Alliance with the development of existing and new design processes in line with CDM and National Grid requirements.

Identification of project deliverables in accordance with work information.

Working with the existing Tech SHE team to establish new processes.

Gap Analysis on internal Amec processes in line with contract requirements.

Creation of Project Quality Management processes & Plan.

Development of best practice risk mitigation during the design process.
