Since the Covid onslaught, businesses worldwide have adopted Microsoft Teams in place of meeting in person. And while it’s true that many of us are now adept with the software, it’s likely that others still use only the bits that suit them best. While we may get through the working day in one piece without some functionalities and etiquette, we could probably work better with the full toolset to hand. And why not? There’s still a long way to go before we’re all back in the office.

Combined, we have over 50 years experience, gained on a variety of projects throughout the world. But no two engineering projects are alike.

Sometimes we manage a project from the very start and continue to be involved until the end reports. Other times we are brought in to provide specialist services in specific areas. Each brings different challenges. Each has different outcomes.

QEM Solutions were engaged by Sonae (UK) in Wigan to help them implement management and operational processes that met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001.

Sonae (UK) Ltd are a primary provider of Electrical and INstrumentation installation services in ATEX and DSEAR controlled environments.

QEM worked within the Sonae team to improve and document their existing processes to ensure they met the exacting standard of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001.

QEM Solutions used our www.iscompliant.com software as it was an excellent way of cumminucating and recording already well established anbd effective processes.
