Since the Covid onslaught, businesses worldwide have adopted Microsoft Teams in place of meeting in person. And while it’s true that many of us are now adept with the software, it’s likely that others still use only the bits that suit them best. While we may get through the working day in one piece without some functionalities and etiquette, we could probably work better with the full toolset to hand. And why not? There’s still a long way to go before we’re all back in the office.

QEM Solutions were engaged by Chilli Refrigeration in Ayrshire to help them implement management and operational processes that met the requirement of ISO 9001:2015.

Chilli Services is an independent industrial heating and cooling engineering company. We provide the highest industry standards in the commercial refrigeration, heating and air conditioning industry.

We worked within the Chilli Management team to improve and document their existing processes to ensure they met the exacting standard of ISO 9001:2015.

Being a family run business, the commitment to quality was already there, so by implementing our www.iscompliant.com software, certification by an UKAS Accredtied body was simple.
